DELIVERY
We will deliver the merchandise in accordance with the delivery option selected by you at check out.
India:
Rs.100/ standard delivery. Since we only use glass packaging, therefore glass is heavier than plastic, the shipping rates may vary based on the product, size, type, packaging, volume. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and the consumers need to be sure, before making payments.
Delivery free on all orders over Rs.5000/.
6 working days, including Saturday.
Order Mon-Fri. Including Saturday delivery, Signature required.
Rest Of World Delivery:
On actuals, standard delivery.
Delivery free on all orders over Rs. 25,000 and above.
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Maharashtra by courier. Please allow us 20 days, from receipt of your order.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding India Bank Holidays). All orders placed before midday are dispatched that day, if your order is placed after midday they will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery times and services vary for different countries, please take the following as a guide from the date of dispatch:
India -Metro Cities; We dispatch delivery, typically takes 7 working days,Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays). Saturday delivery included and signature required- For Prepaid Orders.
Non Metro Cities: 12 working days.India- Non Metro Cities:
We dispatch delivery, typically takes 12 working days,Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays). Saturday delivery included and signature required.
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: We dispatch-Delivery typically takes 20 working days but for some countries it can take up to 25 days. Suriyassa is not able to provide a refund or offer a new delivery until 21 working days from dispatch.
CUSTOM CHARGES & GSTS
If your order is being shipped outside India,customs charges and taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly. All estimated delivery times could be delayed by customs entry procedures.
Our prices are all listed in Indian Rupees and GSTS is included within our price as applicable. Please contact us if you would like to find out about which retailers we stock with.
Suriyassa is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
RETURNS
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer an exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. No cash refund. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making an exchange.Postage will not be refunded.All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges on any sale, opened or used products. Please allow us two weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative. Suriyassa Online is not responsible for products signed by an alternative person.Suriyassa Online is not responsible for damage after delivery.
All claims for damages or shortages, must be reported to ayur@suriyassa.com on the same day of the delivery.

SENDING A RETURN
Products to be exchanged must be sent with the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition.
We are unable to offer exchanges on any used or opened product. Suriyassa is not responsible for damage after delivery. Return/exchange requests are subject to an inspection and checking by Suriyassa. Each item can be exchanged only once, we do not refund cash.
Step 1: Please email ayur@suriyassa.com, providing your customer order number, the goods which are being returned and the reasons why.
Step 2: Once you have received confirmation from the Suriyassa team please return the product(s) to us.
We recommend that your return your items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that do not reach our Returns Department.
Step 3: On receipt of the returned goods we will send you a replacement. No cash refund. We do not refund the original delivery charge unless the goods are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied.
Please note that postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
VARIATIONS BETWEEN PRODUCTS
Sometimes you may notice minor changes to products between batches. These are caused by seasonal fluctuations in our raw ingredients. Please see these variations as a positive sign of our commitment to using natural ingredients.

SENSITIVITY
Essential oils are pure and made up of a number of components, while sensitivities or mild reactions to ingredients are rare, they can occur. Often people are unaware of the exact ingredient which can cause their skin to be sensitive, therefore the source of the irritation can be difficult to determine. Your skin is more sensitive during hormonal fluctuations, pregnancy, menopause, seasonal variation and while taking medication.
